The performance version of the ID. Buzz also gets a few cosmetic upgrades, predominantly found on the lower portion of the front fascia. The lower bumper boasts a subtle mesh finish and black trim that runs the bumper’s width. It is also fitted with a slightly revamped wheel design.
However, just like the differences between the US-spec dual-motor ID.4 and Euro-spec ID.4 GTX, the stateside dual-motor ID. Buzz won’t likely get the GTX nomenclature and appearance. At least we have the long wheelbase version with three-row seating.
The Volkswagen ID. Buzz is expected to go on sale in North America in 2024. With the additional electric motor, the sporty dual-motor ID. Buzz will be positioned above the single motor, rear-wheel-drive (RWD) version in the range.
