Chevrolet closely follows at 57.1%, a 2.6-point increase from last year, with Subaru, Nissan, Kia, and Hyundai also securing prominent positions. Toyota witnessed a decline of 5.7 points compared to the same period the previous year, settling at a 52.3% loyalty rate.

Tesla continues to reign supreme in brand loyalty among luxury automakers, boasting an impressive 68% loyalty rate. This places Tesla a substantial 18.8 points ahead of BMW, which secured the second position. Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, and Cadillac complete the top five.

In the report, analyst Tom Libby emphasizes Tesla as the only luxury brand that retains more customers than it loses, highlighting its strong appeal and customer satisfaction. Reports of the Tesla Model Y being the world’s best-selling vehicle point to this observation.
