Audi just released a teaser for a facelifted version of its Q8 SUV, which is set to debut on September 5, 2023. “The upgrade further extends the Audi Q8’s top position in the ranks of the Q family. A characterful appearance, headlights and taillights with new design and functionality, and even more individualization options ensure the sporty, elegant SUV coupe remains highly recognizable,” Audi said in its teaser release. The image was sketched by Lukas Rittwage, who started at Audi as a lighting designer in 2015.
It’s unclear whether this updated Audi Q8 will arrive in the US as a 2024 model or if product timing will push it to be a 2025 model. Given that some 2024 models are already on sale, our guess is the latter. Judging from our spy shots of the car, the facelift will be relatively minor.
