Cadillac has announced the 2024 model year updates for the Escalade and Escalade-V. The most significant change for 2024 is the inclusion of Super Cruise as standard on all but the base Luxury model. This applies to both the standard ‘Sclade and the long-wheelbase ESV model.
In addition to making the former $2,500 option standard, Cadillac has partnered with OnStar to provide a three-year Premium Plan as part of the price. Super Cruise has to be connected for the system to operate optimally, and the road you’re driving on has to be mapped. While Super Cruise is not perfect, we used it on a trip between LA and Las Vegas and found it to be a worthwhile inclusion on a luxury vehicle.
Once the three-year deal runs out, you can expect to pay around $50 per month for OnStar access, though these rates may look different a few years from now.
