Based on the Volkswagen Golf R, the 333 model has a few upgrades. Its power output has been increased to 333 metric horsepower (328 hp in our money), hence its name, and 309 lb-ft of torque. It lets the hot hatchback rip 0-62mph in just 4.6 seconds and reach an adjusted top speed of 168 mph. It’s not as crazy or as rare as a VR6-swapped Golf R, but at least it comes with a factory warranty.
Aside from the increase in power, the Golf R 333 also gets a unique Lime Yellow Metallica paint job, 19-inch Estoril black wheels with semi-slick tires, an Akrapovic quad exhaust, a black roof, and of course, the ‘333’ badging on the fenders.
