This brings us to the Tungsten and its near-as-makes-no-difference $90,000 MSRP. It’s sort of justified, given how much luxury Ram has included as standard. It has the high-output engine, 4WD, leather upholstery, diamond-knurled decorated metal accents, and a suede headliner. Everything is power-operated, and you get the biggest infotainment system available, mated to a 23-speaker Klipsch Reference Premiere sound system.
Though we don’t have pricing yet, it will be interesting to see where the Ramcharger, Ram 1500 REV, and RHO fit in. There’s nothing else like the 663-hp Ramcharger out there, so your guess is as good as ours. Looking at the pricing of electric trucks, we’re expecting a price range of $50,000 to $100,000. As for the RHO, we reckon it will be priced as closely as possible to the $77,000 F-150 Raptor.
How does the Tungsten compare to other high-end trucks in the segment? It’s around $7,000 more than the F-150 Limited and a full $20,000 more than the Chevrolet Silverado High Country. And it makes the high-end Toyota Tundra Capstone look like a massive bargain at roughly $11,000 less.
