Bonhams estimates that the Chiron SS 300+ will fetch between $5 million and $5.5 million. Is that reasonable? Last year, an example with 1,416 miles on it fetched just under £4.2 million at an RM Sotheby’s auction, and at today’s exchange rates, that equates to $5.33 million. To expect a couple of hundred grand more for an example with no more than delivery mileage seems fair, and we highly doubt the estimate will not be reached. If anything, it could be vastly exceeded.
Remember, it’s been more than a year since the last of 30 units was delivered in July 2022, and the regular Chiron’s entire production run of 500 cars (technically 501, if you count the Chiron Profilee) has been spoken for.
