Our favorite bit is the famous red stripe in the upper grille, extending into the headlights; although that’s not exactly new, the sharper, narrower headlights emphasize the width of this element. As usual, 17-inch Richmond alloy wheels are standard, but VW also showed an updated version of the famous Detroit alloys with a hint of Alfa Romeo’s famous Teledial wheels.

Oh, and for the first time ever, you can add genuine carbon fiber as an interior trim. As any gearhead knows, that adds at least another 100 horses.
