The definition of luxury boils down to something like “a material object or service conducive to sumptuous living, usually a delicacy, elegance, or refinement of living rather than a necessity.”
By that definition, all vehicles available for sale in the US right now have luxury features. The Bentley Continental GT Speed, however, is a pure luxury car. Nobody needs a $380,000 coupe, let alone one with a hand-built engine capable of doing 200 miles per hour. Nobody.
This means that to justify that price, the Bentley Continental GT Speed has to be unique beyond necessity in just about every way. And, oh boy, does it deliver. These are the areas of the car that provided us with unbridled joy. And you genuinely will not see number four coming unless you’ve experienced it yourself.
