BMW i4 Gran Coupe Looks Better And Goes Further With New KW Suspension Kit

After releasing a new suspension kit to make the BMW M4 ready for the Nurburgring, KW Suspensions has launched a new DDC plug-and-play coilover kit for the all-electric BMW i4 M50 Gran Coupe (G26). It is designed to be compatible with the M50 Gran Coupe’s adaptive rear axle air suspension, taking the electric Bimmer’s handling to the next level.

To achieve this, KW had to revise its line of DDC dampers for the i4 M50. KW Brand Manager Florian Johann said, “The entire design of the shocks, including its electronic magnetic proportional valve, piston rod configuration, rebound travel, and shortened KW stainless steel damper housings, has been adapted for the factory air suspension. So, the factory air suspension is removed from the factory damper and attached to the adaptive KW DDC rear damper. The suspension manufacturer provides the necessary tools for this.”
