Brad explained that he decided to ditch the bed for people to appreciate the C10 Slayer’s dual axle design, which was built in collaboration with Scott’s Hot Rod – a chassis and machinists company. This also gave the Chevy C10 Slayer the ability to have an adjustable ride height, for an increase of five inches to make it more drivable through speed bumps – similar to that found in the Bel Air Evel Knievel tribute build.

The Chevy C10 Slayer also has a large rear wing, a custom bumper, a spoiler, and widebody fenders. It is powered by an LSX376-B15 crate engine provided by Chevrolet Performance. With a Whipple supercharger, the setup can produce over 1,000 horsepower. The engine is then connected to a fully built 4L80 four-speed automatic transmission.
