Aside from its Tuff mount conversion kit, which includes engine mounts and a Turbo 400 transmission cross member, the modified muscle car also has a 9-inch rear differential with a 40-spline gun drilled axle. With all that power under the hood, the Foxbody ‘Stang can do a quarter mile in around 9.2 seconds at 151 mph. Waye says he wants to make the car even faster.

On the inside, the Mustang sticks to its ’80s roots with its red interior. Most of the interior is stock but was retrimmed due to fading issues. That said, a high-performance build like this needs proper seats and an aftermarket shifter. Aside from this, the car also gets an assortment of Haltech gear, such as an Elite 2500 ECU and gauges to keep an eye on everything.

We love this build, but we wish more Americans would attempt a Barra swap. Sure, it’s not as readily available here, but the juice is worth the squeeze.
