The Aito M9 is offered with an all-electric powertrain rated at 390 kW (523 horsepower) with 392 miles of range and also as an extended-range EV (EREV) where a 1.5-liter ICE acts as a generator and works with dual electric motors for a combined 365 kW (490 hp) offering a range of between 846-871 miles.
The Aito M9 is available now, with deliveries expected early next year. Prices start from 469,800 Yan (just over $65,700) for the M9 EREV Max and top out at just under $80,000 for the M9 EV Ultra.
Considering the USA and Huawei’s rocky past, don’t expect to see this electric SUV locally anytime soon.
