It was initially said that the Wagoneer S name was for the concept only and that a production name would be chosen, but it seems Jeep executives have decided against this and will be sticking with the Wagoneer S nomenclature. We can’t fault them for that, as the name works and firmly establishes the new model as part of the luxurious Wagoneer sub-brand.
While the teasers don’t show us much of the new EV, we can see a full-width lightbar at the rear, and the seven-slot grille will retain its illumination, a clear nod to its electrification status. We expect more info to come to light soon ahead of a full reveal.
