Even the entry-level LXS receives strong safety specification. Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go is standard, with forward collision avoidance and park distance warning (front and rear). Navigation-based Smart Cruise Control and Highway Driving Assist are standard on the EX, GT-Line, and GT ADAS. EX models benefit from a blind view monitor, parking collision avoidance assist, and a surround-view monitor. These are all available on the GT trim.
GT-Line customers can specify a Premium Package, which introduces a panoramic sunroof, 12-speaker Bose Premium sound system, and LED interior lighting. For the GT, a GT-1 package adds a digital key, blind view monitor, Gloss Black 19-inch wheels, and park distance warning for the side of the vehicle, among other things.
Kia hasn’t announced availability yet, but we expect the 2025 K5 to reach dealers before the end of the year. Pricing should be shared closer to the on-sale date.
