Netflix is preparing to release a five-part documentary called NASCAR: Full Speed, which will give viewers an in-depth look at America’s favorite motorsport.
A new teaser video gives us a taste of what to expect, showing us NASCAR’s trials and tribulations from several drivers’ perspectives. Per Netflix’s Tudum, the cast includes nine drivers, including Kyle Larson, Joey Logano, Ryan Blaney, William Byron, and Ross Chastain – who caused a stir last year when he pulled off a controversial wallride stunt.
In the 1:12-long trailer, we see cuts from the drama-filled NASCAR series, which includes glimpses into the drivers’ personal lives, crashes, conflicts, and racing. The series will center around the 2023 Cup Series playoffs, with each episode around 45 minutes long. Then again, we don’t need an excuse to watch Ford Mustang, Toyota Camry, and Chevy Camaro lookalikes race around at 180 mph.
