Stellantis will reveal a new lineup of electrified vans across its various brands as part of this new strategy. Hopefully, this includes the Ram ProMaster EV. We first heard of the battery-powered variant when Ram introduced the facelifted model last year. The automaker teased the ProMaster EV earlier this year but has been quiet ever since.
These new electric vans will boast “second-generation zero-emission” powertrains, a hydrogen option, and the very best autonomous driver assistance features, among other things. A large delivery van will also be offered to improve drivers’ efficiency, with nifty features like a pocket door and a rear roll-up door.
“The renewal of the entire Stellantis van range, based on second generation electric offers, along with the electrification of four pickups from 2024 onwards, are at the heart of the ‘Pro One’ project based on a 360-degree, customer-centric approach, and ambition to reinforce our international leadership in commercial vehicles,” said Xavier Peugeot, Senior VP of Stellantis Commercial Vehicles Business Unit.
