This Hotel Lets You Drive Four Generations Of Toyota Supra

The Supra event will be two days on January 21 and 22. Up to four rooms will be available per slot, each drive lasting 30 minutes per vehicle. However, you must either be able to communicate in Japanese or at least have a translator to understand road and safety rules. You also need a driver’s license that’s accepted in Japan.

Participants who will test drive the GR Supra will have to work around a six-speed manual. As such, drivers with an AT-only driver’s license will not be allowed to participate.

The Celica XX is the nameplate’s second-generation iteration, which had a production run between 1981 and 1985. When the third-gen Supra A70 was introduced in 1986, the sports car switched from front-wheel drive to rear-wheel drive. This iteration also saw the addition of the 1JZ engine, deemed one of the most reliable engines.
