VinFast Pays American Customers Every Time Its Cars Break

To address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction, VinFast is offering monetary incentives to owners experiencing vehicle issues. The company is rapidly expanding its network and recently introduced a compensation program for customers in the US and Canada. This response follows lukewarm reviews after the Vietnamese automaker entered the US market.

Under the new policy, customers will receive compensation based on the type of problem encountered. Minor inconveniences on a new VF 8, its only vehicle in the US, will be rewarded with $100, while issues that render a vehicle inoperable will result in a $300 compensation. Additionally, if repairs extend beyond three days, owners will receive $100 for each additional day their car remains in service.
