Wild Toyota 86 With LS3 V8 Gets Subtle Upgrades For SEMA 2023

Remember the LS3-swapped Toyota 86 that caused a stir at SEMA last year? Well, it’s made a comeback with several improvements and upgrades, and it’s still as eye-catching as before.

Built and owned by 22-year-old Cameron Cocalis, the compact sports coupe is powered by an LS3 Chevrolet V8 engine. Fitting such a large motor into a small engine bay is already a feat of engineering, but it doesn’t end there. Version two, or “V2” as Cocalis refers to it, wears a custom widebody kit from Street Hunter Designs.

This hasn’t changed since last year, but Work Wheels has created a one-off version of the Meister L1s, which look great with the black paintwork and muscular kit. Last year, the car wore black wheels with polished silver rims. Cocalis notes he was able to add a special touch to the wheels.
